REFUND POLICY

Synoptic Home Essential has a return policy of 30 days which means that you can refund an item and claim a return within 30 days of the product delivery.

The purchase receipt needs to be there as proof of the purchase while you place a return. Moreover, the item should be in original condition with all the tags and original packing.

To initiate a return, you need to mail us at: synoptichomeessentials@gmail.com and place the return request. It is only after the approval of the request; we send you the details of the return shipping address as well as further instructions. If you place the return and ship your items back to us without a return approval, the products are not accepted.

Product Damages and Items Issues

Upon receiving your item shipment, we expect you to inspect it thoroughly and immediately inform us if there is an issue. We need to be informed immediately to further look into the matter and evaluate further prospects.

Non Refundable Items

Items like perishable stock (groceries, plants and poultry), customised products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are not eligible for returns. Flammable liquids, hazardous substances are also not accepted for return requests. Items on SALE and GIFT CARDS Purchases are exceptions to refundable items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not any separate portals, and we suggest you return the items you do not want to hold on to and make a new purchase of the items you want to buy. This way, we ensure you get what you want!

Refunds

Refunds are quick, and as soon as we receive the returned item, we inspect and let you know if the return was approved or rejected. If approved, we initiate the refunds immediately on the original payment methods. However, it is to be noted that the payment refund may take some time to reflect in your account.
